She reads English, German, and French and has worked with authors such as Samantha Harvey, Sarah Moss, and David Szalay since the beginning of their careers.

Her authors have won or been nominated for all major prizes.

She seeks new, exciting voices and loves books that challenge form and genre, are many layered and nuanced, and explore the possibilities of language.

She is drawn to novels about memory and truth and prefers moral ambiguity.

In non fiction she loves the overlooked and unexpected and is particularly interested in books about art, the body, the mind, and the natural world.
