Tracy Marchini

Tracy Marchini launched her agency in 2025 with twenty years of experience in children's literature and a decade as a literary agent.

She started her career as an assistant at Curtis Brown before earning an MFA in Writing for Children from Simmons College.

After two years in marketing, she joined BookEnds in 2016 to build a children's list, selling the agency's first picture book, illustration, middle grade, and merchandise deals.

Within a year, BookEnds, Jr was founded, where she shared her knowledge of children's literature and illustration with the team while building a list of debut and award-winning authors and illustrators.
