Timothy Knowlton joined Curtis Brown in 1976 at the request of his father, Perry Knowlton, who was then President and owner of the agency.
After working in the accounting department for several months, Tim worked for the legendary agent Marilyn Marlow and then went on to Curtis Brown’s Film and Television Department, which he directed for decades while also representing numerous authors and estates, and has specialized in copyright issues.
Tim now serves Curtis Brown, Ltd as its Chairman Emeritus.
