Edward Necarsulmer IV began his career in book publishing as an intern at Random House Books for Young Readers.
He went on to Curtis Brown Ltd and then joined McIntosh & Otis, Inc in 2004 to oversee their children's literature business.
In 2013 Edward joined DCL where he is known for cultivating strong new voices in teen, middle grade and picture books.
He represents New York Times Bestselling, Newbery, and Caldecott winning authors, illustrators, and estates.
Edward is keen to develop partnerships with authors and artists who wish to look beyond the obvious and strive for the exceptional.
