Caroline Eisenmann joined the agency in 2017 after four years at ICM Partners.

She represents narrative and idea-driven nonfiction—particularly work that renders hidden structures legible—across science, technology, nature, social justice, psychology, culture, and capitalism, as well as deeply reported narratives, literary memoir, cultural criticism, and essay collections.

In adult literary and upmarket fiction she favors novels with speculative elements that serve emotional truth, stories about obsession, ruthless narrators, and work centered on intimacy and its discontents, while also acquiring upmarket psychological thrillers and romantic comedies.

Her clients’ books have appeared on The New York Times bestseller list and been long- or shortlisted for major awards.
