Jane Graham Maw has over 25 years' experience in publishing across rights, contracts, marketing, commissioning, and as a publishing director.

She has ghostwritten books, gives talks and workshops on securing non‑fiction deals, mentors for The Arkbound Foundation, and is a trustee of Spark Sisterhood.

Jane was shortlisted for the British Book Awards: Literary Agent of the Year in 2023 and was a longlist judge for the 2025 Diverse Book Awards.

She holds an English degree (Cambridge) and a postgraduate certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Jane seeks authoritative, accessible general non‑fiction from activists, psychologists, creatives, change‑makers and thought‑leaders, crafted narrative/memoir that transports readers, and is developing a historical fiction list.
