Courtney Paganelli

Courtney Paganelli joined the agency in May of 2019 as an assistant to Jim Levine and Stephanie Rostan, was promoted within a year to Associate Agent, and in January 2023 was promoted to Agent.

She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in English Literature and launched her publishing career as an intern with Wise Ink Creative Publishing, later working as an Editorial Assistant at Pearson and an Assistant Managing Editor at Random House Children’s Books.

She represents voice driven commercial fiction and bestselling nonfiction and works with clients across adult and young adult fiction as well as nonfiction creators.
