Natalie Lakosil

Natalie Lakosil began her career in 2008 as a literary agent at the Sandra Dijkstra Literary Agency, Bradford Literary Agency, and Irene Goodman Agency before founding Looking Glass Literary & Media in 2023.

She briefly reviewed books for the San Diego Union‑Tribune and managed Licensing, Subrights and Permissions for Cognella Academic Publishing for eight years.

An honors graduate of the University of San Diego with a BA in Literature/Writing, she has spent over fifteen years championing and building the careers of award‑winning, critically acclaimed, and bestselling authors.
