Christa Heschke

Christa Heschke graduated from Binghamton University with a major in English and a minor in Anthropology.

After interning at Writers House and Sterling Lord Literistic, she joined McIntosh and Otis in the Children's Literature Department in 2009.

She actively acquires for all age groups in children's literature, leaning toward more literary writing.

Her interests include unique, atmospheric settings, underrepresented cultural influences, offbeat narrative structures, complex romances, stories featuring siblings or friendship dynamics, and stories featuring artists.
