David Miller

David was publisher and then Executive Vice President at Addison Wesley Longman responsible for trade, professional, and international publishing and a member of the companys Board of Directors.

He has published numerous national and international bestsellers and among his many award winning books three were National Book Award Finalists.

David has worked with bestselling authors including T Berry Brazelton, Richard Feynman, Sara Lawrence Lightfoot, Susan Love, H G Bissinger, Robert Bly, and Bailey White.

He has served on executive boards of the trade division and of the international division of the Association of American Publishers and in 1998 he co founded The Garamond Agency with Lisa Adams.

He has lectured at and served on the faculty of the Columbia Publishing Course managing its annual book workshops at the School of Journalism in New York and at Oxford University.
