Alyssa joined WME in 2022 after serving as the head of Paradigm Agency’s Book Publishing division, where she worked for nearly 15 years.

Originally from Philadelphia, she lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two kids.

She has spent two decades championing authors and building standout careers, representing an eclectic list of bestselling and award-winning writers across fiction and nonfiction, and prides herself on discovering new talent and nurturing long-term careers.
