Aminah Amjad

Aminah is the Agency Assistant in the Bent Agency’s London office.

She grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, reading a wide variety of books.

After completing a BA in English at Queen’s University Belfast, she worked in teaching, retail, and marketing before embarking on an MLitt in Publishing Studies at the University of Stirling, where the focus of her dissertation was YA fiction.

She joined the agency in 2021 and enjoys reading YA and children’s fiction, as well as stories with memorable, relatable characters and good twists.
