Jake studied film and English literature at the University of Toronto and completed the Creative Book Publishing Program at Humber College.
He joined WCA in 2012 and held a variety of positions including Media Rights Manager.
In 2016 he left to attend Osgoode Hall Law School where he was senior editor of the law journal and won the Fogler Rubinoff LLP Prize in Property Law.
After practicing in the Dispute and Litigation group at Torys LLP he returned to WCA in 2024.
Since March 2025 he has served as WCA President and manages media rights, helping clients expand into film television theatre podcasts and more.
