Rory Clarke

Rory joined Andrew Nurnberg Associates in 2017 and worked in the Foreign Rights department for five years.

Now a Primary Agent in the UK department, Rory is actively building his list and represents authors of literary fiction and non-fiction.

In fiction, he is looking for voice-driven and story-led literary writing powered by strong ideas, evocative settings and a command of form.

He also enjoys original novels that make the reader think critically, feel deeply, and contend with the world around us.

In nonfiction, Rory is primarily looking for compelling, original stories from emerging experts with surprising, new takes on their subject.
