I am lucky to represent an actively growing list of writers of both fiction and narrative non-fiction.

I read widely so don't like to be too prescriptive, but I do love novels that explore those moments that define our lives and collective experience: stories about falling in or out of love, dealing with loss, navigating complexity, uncertainty, ambition or morality.

I am firmly on the hunt for gripping, atmospheric thrillers and ambitious, character-driven mystery or suspense with a fresh hook, angle or setting.

In non-fiction I'd love to see big ideas books that help us to think about the world today - alternative histories, psychology, anthropology and popular science, memoir, and genre-blending narrative non-fiction that fuses the author's expertise and personal interest.

I also love great narrative food writing.
