Camilla Bolton joined the Agency in 2007 and is Managing Director & Agent who focuses on finding authors and books that will become future bestsellers and brands.

She specialises in mysteries, suspense, thrillers, crime and book club fiction and also champions work embodying the natural world, speculative and epic high‑concept stories.

She was named a publishing Rising Star by The Bookseller in 2013 and shortlisted for Literary Agent of the Year in 2022, has built rapidly growing commercial brands with five authors selling over a million copies in the UK, has multiple Sunday Times, New York Times and No 1 ebook global bestsellers on her list, has placed authors in major book clubs and secured six‑figure and seven‑figure deals and screen adaptations, and studied Psychology and English Literature at Cardiff University and earned a distinction from the University of the Arts.
