Rebeka Finch

Rebeka joined the agency in 2019 after graduating from the University of Exeter with a First in History.

Beginning her career as Darley’s assistant, Rebeka swiftly moved on to establish her own list, shaped by her personal reading tastes and a long-standing passion for commercial new adult, romance, and romantasy fiction.

In 2025, she was nominated for Agent of the Year by the Romantic Novelists’ Association.

As an agent, Rebeka is guided by a clear commercial instinct and a commitment to championing books she genuinely loves as a reader – stories driven by compelling voices, standout characters, and strong market appeal.

Rebeka works closely with her authors to position each project for maximum commercial success, with a particular focus on bold, fresh storytelling.
