Marcy Posner has spent a lifetime in books, moving from librarian to editorial roles at Pinnacle Books, Rodale Press, Salem House, and Pantheon where she became Associate Publisher.

After fifteen years in editorial she became an agent, serving twelve years at William Morris Agency (including VP and Director of Foreign Rights), five years as president of her own agency, five years at Sterling Lord Literistic (agent and Director of Foreign Rights), and now works at Folio focusing on distinctive commercial voices with strong editorial development.
