Nelle Andrew

Nelle Andrew worked as an agent at Peters Fraser and Dunlop for eleven years and previously worked at Macmillan Publishers.

She joined RML in 2020 and represents an array of internationally bestselling and award-winning authors across both fiction and non fiction.

Her list includes Sara Collins, Jing-Jing Lee, Beth Underdown, Heidi Perks, Bryony Gordon, and Candice Carty-Williams.

She was crowned Literary Agent of the Year in 2021 at the Nibbies The Bookseller Awards, is a Trustee for the Royal Literary Fund, was a Bookseller Rising Star in 2016, was shortlisted for Agent of the Year in 2018, became a published author under the name Nelle Davy, helped build the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize, sat on the original board for The Sunday Times PFD Young Writer’s Award, and was inducted as an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature in 2023.
