Rachel Mills founded RML in 2019 after two decades in publishing.
She previously worked as a Literary Agent at Furniss Lawton within the James Grant Talent Group and as Agent and International Business Director for Peters Fraser and Dunlop where she served on the Executive Board.
She also worked at Penguin and Random House.
Over her career she has secured major publishing and screen deals for a diverse range of authors.
In 2015 she was awarded The Bookseller Rights Professional of the Year Award, was named a Bookseller Rising Star in 2011, and was awarded Agent of the Year at the British Book Awards in 2026.
