Marcia worked and traveled around Europe after college and held various jobs in New York City before finding her calling in children’s publishing.
She began at the Sheldon Fogelman Agency in subsidiary rights and advanced to director of subsidiary rights.
After attending the Bologna Children’s Book Fair more than a dozen times she shifted to agenting and became a fulltime agent who brought many authors and illustrators to the agency.
She uses her subsidiary rights experience on foreign rights and licensing for film and merchandising and is not open to submissions at this time.
